Through the brief form (/empezar) we collect: • Full name • Email address • WhatsApp number • Business name • Industry • Business description • Site goal, selected tier, ideal customer, timeline • Reference URLs (optional) • Available assets indicator • Google Drive link (optional) • Current domain (optional) • Additional notes (optional)
3. Purpose of data processing
We use your data to: • Contact you and follow up on your project request. • Prepare a personalized commercial proposal. • Deliver the services you hire (design, development, reports). • Send you communications related to your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Transfers
Your data may be processed by the following third-party services, necessary to operate the platform: • Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, storage) — servers in the U.S. • PostHog (analytics, when active) — servers in the EU or U.S. These transfers are carried out under each provider's privacy policies and meet security standards equivalent to those required by the LFPDPPP.
5. ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition)
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise them, send an email to ivan@landaverdelabs.com with: • Your full name. • The right you wish to exercise. • A clear description of your request. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
