Terms of Service
Last updated: April 15, 2026
By hiring Landaverde Labs services you accept the following terms. Read them carefully — they're written so you can understand them, not so you need a lawyer.
1. Services
Landaverde Labs offers website design and development in two tiers (Presence tier and Intelligent tier), as well as maintenance, migrations, and optimization of existing sites. The specific scope of each project is defined in the proposal that both parties sign before we begin.
2. Hiring and payment
The project is formalized upon signing the proposal and paying the 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon delivering the site to production. We invoice in Mexican pesos with a tax-compliant invoice. We accept bank transfer and card.
3. Timelines
Estimated timelines are agreed upon in the proposal. Delays caused by missing materials, feedback, or approvals from the client are not considered a breach on our part and may extend the project calendar.
4. Intellectual property
Once the project is fully paid, the source code, created content, and site assets belong to the client. The tools, frameworks, and generic components we use across multiple projects remain ours.
5. Cancellation
Presence tier: if you cancel before delivery, the deposit is non-refundable but we hand over the work completed up to that point. Intelligent tier: you cancel with 30 days' notice. We hand over your site, domain, reports, and access credentials. No penalty.
6. Visibility guarantee
On the Intelligent tier, if by day 90 AIs aren't mentioning you more than in your baseline report, we keep working at no additional cost until we achieve a measurable improvement. This guarantee does not apply if the client modifies the site or content without our approval.
7. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee specific search engine positions or traffic volumes. Generative AIs are external systems beyond our control. What we do guarantee is the optimization process and honest measurement of results.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.
