Data Deletion

Landaverde Labs respects the right of users and clients to request the deletion of their personal and technical data. This page describes what data you can request to be removed, how to do it, and what happens afterwards.
01. Data you can request to delete
• Access tokens and API credentials provided for integrations. • Message logs, automated activity records, and associated metrics. • Contact information (name, email, WhatsApp) and workflow configurations. • Data submitted through the brief form (/empezar).
02. How to request deletion
Email ivan@landaverdelabs.com with the following information: • Business or client name. • Associated asset (WhatsApp number, page, domain, etc.). • Specific type of data you want to delete. Maximum response time: 10 business days.
03. What happens after deletion
• Associated automated workflows are disabled. • Tokens and technical access are revoked. • Information is removed from our internal systems and backups within the technical timeframes each provider allows.
