These Service Conditions govern the use of the automation solutions offered by Landaverde Labs through platforms such as WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messaging, and n8n.
1. Services offered
Landaverde Labs provides to business clients: • WhatsApp inbox automation. • Chatbots for appointment reminders, customer service, and custom flows. • Integrations with Meta APIs and third-party platforms such as n8n. • Technical support and documentation for the activation and operation of digital channels.
2. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to: • Provide valid assets (WhatsApp number, Facebook page, Instagram profile). • Keep their business portfolio verified in Meta Business Manager. • Use the services in accordance with Meta policies and applicable laws. • Not send prohibited content, spam, or unsolicited messages.
3. Landaverde Labs responsibilities
At Landaverde Labs we commit to: • Configure and operate technical flows in a secure and segmented manner. • Maintain the confidentiality of tokens, credentials, and client data. • Provide technical support and clear documentation. • Not use client assets for purposes other than those contracted.
4. Limitation of liability
Landaverde Labs is not responsible for: • Suspensions or blocks carried out by Meta. • Errors arising from assets misconfigured by the client. • Data loss due to improper use of the API outside authorized flows.
5. Modifications
These conditions may be updated. We will notify clients by email or through the website.
